Distribution Loctite and Teroson

Since 1 May 2008 Kühne is established as distributor for Loctite and Teroson.

Loctite/Teroson is a global manufacturer of automotive adhesives, glues, sealings and specialised chemical products.

Kühne to acquire Quinton Hazell Belgium from Affinia

Spokespersons for Kühne Beheer B.V. and Affinia Group Inc. announced today that the companies are in the final stage of negotiating a transfer of Affinia’s Quinton Hazell Belgium distribution business to Kühne.

The deal is expected to close no later than 1 May 2008.

Quinton Hazell (QH) is a subsidiary of Affinia Group Inc., a global manufacturer and distributor of automotive components.
